 TodaybyBey.com is proud to offer worldwide shipping on all products for all customers free of charge!

 Most orders will arrive in two weeks, depending on your location. Some can take up to 3-4 weeks.

 Due to uncontrollable delays in worldwide shipping processes, some deliveries (about 5-10%) will arrive in 35-45 days.

Returns for Refunds/Exchanges

To begin the refund/exchange process, send an email to 365help@TodaybyBey.com with "Refund Request + order number" or "Exchange Request + order number" as the subject line. Include all reasons for refund/exchange and supporting photos in the email.

 After request is approved, you will either be provided with a refund to the purchasing card in 3-5 days or an address to send the product being returned.

Depending on payment method, most refunds will be credited back to the customer in 3-5 days. If no refund has been given after five days, please contact your financial institution.

 In most cases, return shipping costs will be paid by the customer, automatically deducted from the refund amount.

Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed from the package arrival date, no refunds, returns or exchanges can be offered.

To be eligible for a returns/exchanges, the item must be:

Unused

Still in new condition

In the original packaging

With all original tags and labels

There are certain situations where only a partial or no refund may be given:

 Books with obvious signs of use.

 E-books, CDs or DVDs that have been opened.

 Any item not in its original condition, missing parts or damaged due to customer fault.

 Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 Gifts - If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an e-gift certificate will be promptly sent to you by email.
